Data we process

When you contact us or submit a booking request, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, requested date, number of guests, selected experience, booking and payment status, and the messages you send us. The site may also process technical information such as page address, referral source, campaign parameters and Google click identifiers.

Why we process it

We use this information to answer enquiries, check availability, manage bookings, provide customer support, protect the service from abuse, meet legal and accounting obligations and, where you have given consent, measure advertising performance.

Service providers

The website and booking workflow use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and application functions, Stripe for secure payment processing, and Google Ads for advertising measurement. If you choose a WhatsApp link, your interaction is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms. Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by this website.

Cookies and local storage

Advertising storage is denied by default. If you select “Accept”, the site updates your consent preference and may enable Google advertising and analytics storage. If you select “Continue without”, advertising storage remains denied. A local preference is also used to remember your choice and a technical session identifier may be used to connect visits with booking enquiries.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only for the time needed for the purposes above and for any applicable legal obligations. Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing. You may also withdraw advertising consent for future activity.
